JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Attends to the approval of customer's return claim. Ensures that claims are within return policy.
  • Validates request for pull out/extension of check and monitors bounced checks and customers return check as to compliance with agreed terms.
  • Checks and validates the accuracy and completeness of computation submitted for approval.
  • Prepares request for legal services for the collection of bad debts. Ensures the details are accurate and complete.
  • Updates and prepares accurate and timely Advance Payment Update summary for concerned customers. Ensures that all the deduction and adjustments are included on the updates.
  • Monitors submission of Withholding Tax Certificate of customers with Advance Payment and post adjustments. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the details indicated.
  • Prepared accurate and timely monthly offices sales commission.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly sales report for Tax Management and ageing of accounts receivable.
  • submits summary of withholding tax certificate and prepares accurate and complete end of the year summary of accounts receivable for sales with sales invoice.
  • Supervises and coaches' credit and collection staff to ensure delivery of output.
  • Conducts periodic evaluation of staff.
  • Promotes harmonious working relationship within the team and other members of the company.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any 4-year accounting related course.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in credit and collection or general accounting.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory position.
  • Willing to work in Sta. Cruz Manila.
