About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collection Analyst to join our dynamic team at PTC Commercial Corporation. This full-time role is based in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila, and will be responsible for managing the company's credit and collection processes to ensure timely payments and maintain a healthy cash flow.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyse customer credit histories and set appropriate credit limits
  2. Monitor customer accounts and identify late or delinquent payments
  3. Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimise bad debts
  4. Liaise with customers to resolve billing disputes and negotiate payment plans
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit and collection activities
  6. Prepare and present credit and collection reports to management
  7. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the credit and collection function

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Credit and Collection Analyst or in a similar role
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles, credit management, and debt collection practices
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Effective communication and negotiation skills
  6. Attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
  7. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
