Credit & Collection Assistant

The Credit & Collection Assistant will prepare accounts receivable report for bi-weekly meeting with sales and monthly meeting. They will post customer's payment in ERIC system and will be in-charge of ERIC customer maintenance. They will be responsible for follow-up of payment, conduct credit verification for new customers and sending of customer's statement accounts. They will assist with the follow-up of PEZA documents of Zero-rated customers and BIR form 2307. They will also be responsible in processing billing statements/Proforma invoices of customers.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office word, excel and outlook
- Solid communication skills, proficient in speaking and writing; reporting skills
- Must have initiative, is trustworthy and can work efficiently in a group
- Organized, with attention to details, productive and dependable
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
