BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (JOB SUMMARY)
- Monitors and reviews the monthly Daily Time Reports of employees under the Corporate Headquarters, Home Lending Operations and International Operations Group. Updates and reviews the leave ledgers of permanent employees based on the submitted DTRs of the employees.

3. Valid Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Civil Service Commission and/or Valid License and Certificate of Registration issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)/Certificate of Bar Membership issued by the Supreme Court (SC)
4. Photocopy of Official Transcript of Records (TOR) (Proof of meeting the Educational Requirement)
5. Photocopy of Diploma for positions requiring Master's Degree
6. Photocopy of Certificate of Trainings/Seminars attended (Proof of meeting the Training Requirement)
7. Background Investigation Consent Form (Please refer to HQP-HRF-182)

9. Performance Rating for the last two (2) rating periods:
- For government employees: Photocopy of Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) rating
- For external applicants with work experience: A Performance Rating Form (HQP-HRF-183) or any equivalent document providing the performance rating or evaluation issued by the last/current employer for the rating period, whichever is applicable.
