Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations, with proven expertise in contract drafting, review, and administration to ensure compliance and protect the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to construction projects.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with Philippine laws, DOLE regulations, and other applicable labor and construction standards.
  • Provide legal and contractual guidance to project managers, engineers, and senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring that obligations and rights are clearly defined.
  • Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage disputes, claims, or contract variations, coordinating with legal counsel as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies, to resolve contract-related matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws, construction regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
  • Strong background in contract drafting, review, and negotiations.
  • In-depth knowledge of DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
