Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering preferably Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • With (1) year related work experience in Contract Administration and Management.
  • Proficient in English Language both in oral, reading, and writing
  • Advantage, but not required; knowledge in global contract documents such as FIDIC.
  • Knowledgeable of P6 and Microsoft Project is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in multiracial environment
  • Amenable to work as Project-based Employee
  • Can work from Monday to Saturday working schedule

Job Description:

  • Identify risk and timely protect the rights of the Company under the Contract.
  • Covers activities relating to contract administration and claim management. This includes but not limited into, preparing letters, preparing claims, documents management, and giving advise to other staff in the ambit of the contract of the project or subcontract with supplier or builder.
