About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to enhance our client's digital presence. This remote role focuses on managing social media platforms, optimizing website content for SEO, executing digital marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms to maintain consistent brand presence.
  • Engage with followers and respond to messages to build community interaction.
  • Create and edit content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
  • Assist with SEO strategies to optimize website content and boost search rankings.
  • Support email marketing efforts and manage subscriber lists.
  • Help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads.
  • Collaborate with the team on branding, promotional activities, and new marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing databases and provide general admin support to the marketing team.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant or in a similar digital marketing role
  • Proficiency in managing major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress)
  • Graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience running paid digital ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
  • Basic HTML knowledge or website editing experience
