Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Support Virtual Assistant to join our client's team. This exciting opportunity is focused on supporting our salespeople with administrative, marketing, and customer support tasks, allowing them to concentrate on face-to-face selling while the back-end is managed efficiently. The role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be a key link between our sales team, finance team, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient support across all stages of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales paperwork, including finance documentation
  • Liaise with finance companies for approvals, collections, and related matters
  • Manage and update CRM/database with accurate client information
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create individualised marketing materials for salespeople
  • Gather and manage customer reviews, ensuring information is logged in the Miracle Service Program and CRM
  • Conduct research on customer lists and prospects to support sales initiatives
  • Provide general sales support to ensure smooth operations and increased efficiency
