Detail Me Please is a professional mobile car detailing company serving multiple counties across California. We bring premium detailing services directly to our customers' homes and offices. As we grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated VA to take charge of our online presence, advertising, and digital marketing.

This is not a basic admin VA role — we are looking for someone technical, creative, and results-driven who can help us scale our business online.

???? Responsibilities

As our Virtual Marketing & Technical Assistant, you will:

Website Management & Improvements

Update and optimize our website (Go High Level experience preferred).

Ensure proper SEO structure, meta tags, sitemaps, and Google ranking improvements.

Create city/area-specific landing pages to boost local organic search.

Google Ads Management

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.

Monitor performance and adjust for best ROI.

Research and suggest new ad opportunities.

Social Media Management

Schedule and post regular content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Create and edit short-form videos for ads and posts.

Respond to engagement where needed.

SEO & Online Presence

Improve organic search rankings through on-page and off-page SEO.

Research keywords, optimize content, and track analytics.

Suggest and implement strategies to dominate local search results.

Marketing & Growth Support

Research competitors and trends to improve campaigns.

Help design campaigns for promotions, seasonal offers, and discount codes.

Coordinate with team for new ideas to increase conversions.

? Requirements

Proven experience in Google Ads management (certification is a plus).

Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page and off-page).

Website management experience (Go High Level or WordPress preferred).

Social media content creation & video editing skills.

Ability to analyze results and suggest improvements.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Self-starter, proactive, and results-oriented.

???? Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Experience in managing Facebook Ads.

Knowledge of conversion tracking, call tracking, and retargeting ads.

Familiarity with US-based service businesses.
