Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients/customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Issue reminders, statements of account, and collection notices as needed.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve billing or account discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, communications, and transactions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Billing, and Accounting teams regarding client accounts.
  • Recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or write-off when necessary.
  • Assist in implementing collection strategies and policies to improve collection efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain professionalism in dealing with clients to preserve good business relationships.
