Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of Credit and Collection Officer. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. Responsibilities of a Credit and Collection Officer

  • Analyze customer payment history, credit reports, and other relevant data to identify potential credit risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, including credit limits, payment histories, and outstanding balances.
  • Identify and pursue delinquent accounts through phone, email, and written correspondence to ensure prompt payment.
  • Work closely with sales teams to resolve customer disputes and provide guidance on credit-related issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve credit and collection performance, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications for a Credit and Collection Officer

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit and collection or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good decision making and negotiating skills
  • Preferably can start as soon as possible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
