About the role

As a fulltime Collection Officer with Capital Credit Solutions Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the company's debt recovery efforts. Based in Makati City Metro Manila, this position is focused on contacting customers with outstanding balances, negotiating payment plans, and resolving delinquent accounts. Your expertise in collections within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry will be instrumental in driving the company's financial performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Contacting customers via phone, email, and other channels to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements
  • Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved cases to appropriate team members
  • Complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding debt collection practices
  • Providing excellent customer service while firmly representing the company's financial interests
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine collections strategies

What we're looking for

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or related field, with a strong background in Australian collections practices and skip tracing techniques is a must.
  • Experience managing 2-3 years delinquent accounts and must have BPO experience
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suit applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices
  • A driven, persistent, and solutions-oriented mindset
