Responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing corporate accounts, leveraging deep expertise in both life and non-life insurance solutions. This role requires identifying high-potential prospects, building and nurturing long-term business relationships, and utilizing strong industry connections to secure competitive insurance programs for clients. The role prepares and presents tailored proposals, coordinates closely with insurance providers, ensures exceptional client servicing, and strengthens AC Primes market presence by delivering comprehensive and reliable insurance solutions that support the protection and growth of corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities
Sales

  • Prospect, identify, and convert potential corporate clients
  • Understand clients insurance requirements and develop tailored product offerings

Sales Management

  • Coordinate with senior management to deliver optimal insurance solutions

Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings

Competency Requirements
Education
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Relevant Experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in non-life insurance, at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
