Your role in a nutshell:

The Sales Operations & Analytics Associate will support the sales team by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This role focuses on ensuring smooth sales operations and assisting in the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in administrative duties.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and maintain sales documents, files, and records, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare and process sales-related paperwork, including accreditation, contracts, orders, and etc.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reports and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain a filing system for sales-related documents.
  • Assist in Monitoring and updating sales databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as required by the Sales Operations Manager.

What We Look For:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within sales operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and data analysis techniques is a plus.
