Job Description

The Operations Assistant, Tier 1 is responsible for using Synergy software to encode video, verify Synergy website statistics and verification of uploaded videos.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Encoding video with our proprietary software  

  • Verifying Synergy website statistics  

  • Verification of uploaded video  

  • Other Operations duties, as assigned
