Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions such as billings, collections, and disbursements.
  • Prepare invoices for tenants and track payments, deposits, and balances.
  • Maintain updated ledgers, journals, and cashbooks for all transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor the cash flow position.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all expenses.
  • Process payments to vendors and ensure BIR-compliant receipts and invoices.
  • Support audit processes by organizing and providing required documents.
  • Coordinate with the property management team for budget tracking and financial monitoring.
  • Maintain organized filing of all accounting records, receipts, and official documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of government reports (e.g., VAT, EWT, 2307) as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in property or facilities management.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of BIR regulations and basic tax compliance is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Manila, Makati, BGC, or Ortigas
