We are looking for a bookkeeper experienced in accounts receivable data entry, receipting, and reconciliation. The role involves handling accounts payable, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
The main responsibilities of a BOOKKEEPER include:
• Accounts receivable data entry, receipting, and reconciliation.
• Accounts payable data entry, reconciliation, and preparation of supplier payment runs.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Monthly management and financial reporting.
• Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting transactions.
• Develops systems for tracking financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts and adhering to bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating, posting transactions, and performing monthly reconciliations.
• Maintains historical records by securely filing documents in a data vault.
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
• Contributes to team objectives by achieving related results as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Graduate
• 2 years Accounting Experience
• Knowledgeable in any ERP system, Proficiency in Xero or Zoho is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
• Must be willing to work in Makati
• Must be willing to work on a midshift schedule (1PM - 10PM)
