About the role

Bellville Dev't Inc.' is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in our Makati City Metro Manila office. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of our company. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Record and categorize all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expenses
  2. Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis
  3. Prepare and generate Working paper for submission to the Chief Accountant for preparation of Financial Statements.
  4. Tax preparation
  5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  6. Provide administrative support, such as filing and data entry, as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a medium to large sized business environment
  2. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and procedures
  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
