About the role

Join the dynamic team at City Garden Hotel Makati' as our new ADOS/ Sales Manager. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the hotel's sales and revenue objectives. Responsible for overseeing the sales operations, you will be based in our conveniently located Makati City office, with opportunities for remote work as needed.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching and performance management
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients
  4. Identify new business opportunities and effectively pitch the hotel's offerings
  5. Prepare sales reports and present performance data to senior management
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, reservations and operations teams
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  4. Proficient in sales forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis
  5. Solid understanding of sales and revenue management principles
  6. Familiarity with hotel operations and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  7. Degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field
