Building and Facilities Maintenance Officer

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsible in assisting the Admin Supervisor in the monitoring of the maintenance personnel to ensure timely processing. Also monitors closely facilities and ensures maintenance of building facilities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Receives and timely processes all Maintenance Job Requests and endorse the same to concerned parties timely.
  2. Make a routine visit and inspection
  3. Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness and general conservation.
  5. Monitors cleanliness of all office areas, guard house, pantry, comfort rooms, common areas (hall ways, lobby etc.) and main service road.
  6. Timely encoding of all Maintenance Job Requests to monitoring.
  7. Delegate and schedule accordingly to all Maintenance Personnel all the Maintenance Job Requests and other Maintenance tasks.
  8. Assist maintenance and installment work as needed.
  9. Monitors and give daily updates on schedule of all maintenance staff.
  10. Monitors all repairs and maintenance concerns and supervises contractors as required.
  11. Promptly reports to Admin Supervisor or Admin Manager any concerns that would potentially hamper the timely delivery of maintenance services.
  12. Ensures proper documentation of all requests and timely filing of all admin documents.
  13. Prepare and implement all admin projects budget within the timeframes.
  14. Monitor regular check, cleaning and maintenance of all Airconditioning units.
  15. Coordinate closely with Purchasing Department for all the maintenance supplies and service quotation requests.
  16. Coordinate closely with all the admin contractors and suppliers for the supplies and service requirements.
  17. Maintains good relationship with other employees.
  18. Screens incoming calls and transfer the same accordingly.
  19. Receives and entertain visitors, suppliers and applicants.
  20. Receives incoming documents and distribute the same accordingly.

  21. Responsible in monitoring reception area including all the incoming and outgoing

    1. of all document, and materials.
    2. Responsible for email blasting of birthday celebrants every month

Working pattern and location:

  • Join Date: July 2025

  • Work Location: On-site
  • Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
