About the Role:

We're looking for a driven Site Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of retail fit-out and construction projects within malls and commercial developments. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in hands-on, quality-focused work and want to help shape standout commercial spaces across the Philippines.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead site implementation of fit-out works based on approved plans, ensuring timelines, standards, and safety protocols are followed
  • Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and our internal office team to align schedules and resolve site-level issues quickly
  • Conduct site inspections and report on progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with design and technical specifications
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Project Engineers to monitor manpower, materials, and any critical site activities
  • Serve as the on-site authority to uphold quality control and client satisfaction across all deliverables
  • Help drive timely completion of projects by proactively identifying potential roadblocks and proposing solutions

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Licensed CE preferred but not required)
  • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in retail fit-outs or interior construction, though fresh grads with strong initiative are welcome
  • Must be willing to be on-site regularly, visit mall branches, and adapt to a fast-paced project environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with an eye for detail and workmanship
  • Comfortable using tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project tracking software
