About the role

Exxel Prime International Trading Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced PRODUCTION SUPPORT to join our dynamic team in our Balintawak, Quezon City office. As a PRODUCTION SUPPORT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes. What you'll be doing

  1. Provide hands-on support to the production team to maintain optimal workflow and productivity
  2. Assist in the planning, scheduling and coordination of production activities to meet targets and deadlines
  3. Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of production with other business functions
  5. Participate in the development and implementation of new production processes and technologies
  6. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment to minimise downtime
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  8. Provide training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a production support or similar role within the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling and inventory management principles
  3. Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve production issues
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations in the manufacturing sector
  7. Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and processes to stay up-to-date with industry trends
