Job Title: Service Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and our service technicians. The Service Advisor is responsible for understanding customer vehicle issues, recommending appropriate services and repairs, estimating costs and timeframes, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner and accurately document their service needs and concerns.Communicate with technicians to determine required repairs or services based on customer concerns and vehicle diagnostics.Prepare detailed repair orders and service estimates including labor, parts, and time requirements.Clearly explain recommended services and maintenance to customers, answering questions and building trust.Keep customers informed of vehicle status, repair progress, and any changes in cost or timeline.Coordinate with parts departments and service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.Perform post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions in the system.Meet or exceed service department goals, such as customer satisfaction scores and upselling service packages.Stay up-to-date with automotive technology, dealership promotions, and manufacturer service bulletins. Qualifications:College graduate or Vocation course graduate.Prior experience as a service advisor, customer service representative, or in the automotive industry is preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand technical terms and explain them clearly to non-technical customers.Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Working Conditions:Full-time position. Monday to Saturday work schedule.8:30am to 5:30pm working hours.May involve standing, walking, or being outdoors to inspect vehicles.
