  • Assists customers with their purchasing decisions and provides excellent customer service.
  • Interacts with customers through various online platforms, such as chat, email, or phone, to assist with product inquiries, order placements, and after-sales support. Provides detailed product information, answers questions, and addresses any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Generates leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and other relevant means.
  • Prepares and delivers persuasive sales presentations tailored to the specific needs and interests of potential clients.
  • Answers/replies to social media inquiries particularly Facebook even after office hours.
  • Prepares quotations, gives price lists and provides necessary information.
  • Packs all the online orders.
  • Maintains the inventory of stocks.
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/college Degree, Business Studies/ administration/ Management, Marketing and equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success in digital sales, with a strong portfolio of achieved targets and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to extend their time after office hours.
  • Must be willing to work in Balintawak & Binondo.
