
HR and Admin Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR and Admin experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience handling large-scale manpower (1,000+ employees), preferably in mining, construction, heavy industries, or other labor-intensive sectors.
- Strong exposure to remote site management, labor relations, and multi-shift operations is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, occupational health & safety regulations, and government compliance in the mining sector.
- Strong background in recruitment, training, payroll, performance management, and organizational development.
- Ability to handle camp and administrative services, including logistics and accommodation.
- Strong leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; local dialect proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, especially under pressure. Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.
- Willing to be assigned in one of our mining sites,
demonstrating flexibility and commitment to field operations
