Job Description: Recruiter

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Create compelling job postings and distribute them across relevant platforms
  • Source candidates using Boolean search, job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
