· Fluent and conversational in both English and Spanish — spoken and written

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Proficient with ATS platforms and recruitment tools

What You'll Do:

As a Spanish Bilingual Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in sourcing and placing top talent across various industries in the United States. You'll own the full recruitment process while creating an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to job offer

· Partner with hiring managers to understand and meet talent needs

· Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
