HR Associate

The HR Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department. The role focuses on maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, monitoring grievances, assisting with employee evaluations, issuing disciplinary notices, and supporting general HR administrative tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Employee Records & Documentation
-Maintain and update 201 files (physical and digital) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
-File contracts, memos, attendance records, evaluation forms, and other employee documents.
-Ensure proper documentation standards and timely updating of employee records.
Employee Grievance Monitoring
-Record and monitor employee grievances, concerns, and incident reports.
-Coordinate with HR Supervisor/Manager in processing responses, scheduling interviews, and preparing reports.
-Maintain a grievance tracking log for follow-ups and closure.Performance Evaluation Monitoring
-Track schedules for employee performance evaluations (probationary, monthly, quarterly, or annual).
-Coordinate with supervisors and managers to ensure timely submission of evaluation forms.
-Consolidate results and update records for HR reporting.Disciplinary Administration
-Assist in preparing and issuing Notice to Explain (NTE), memos, and other disciplinary documents.
-Manage a disciplinary case log and ensure proper documentation and compliance with timelines.
-Coordinate with employees and supervisors regarding hearings, deadlines, and required forms.HR Administrative Support
-Assist in generating HR reports and maintaining HRIS data or spreadsheets.
-Communicate HR announcements, updates, and reminders across departments or branches.
