Responsibilities Coordinate high‑volume interview scheduling, serving as the central point of contact for candidates, interviewers, and business leaders. Champion an exceptional candidate experience through timely, professional, and empathetic communication from initial contact to final decision. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously refine and optimize hiring workflows, identifying bottlenecks and boosting overall efficiency. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize recruiting workflows and improve overall efficiency. Leverage data to drive decisions by conducting bi‑weekly analysis on key recruiting metrics (e.g., interview volume, time‑to‑hire, candidate pass‑through rates) and sharing actionable insights. Manage the logistics and candidate communications for key recruiting projects and events designed to attract top‑tier AI talent. Provide essential coordination and logistical support for recruiting events, projects, and other talent engagement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related role. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and business leaders. Preferred: Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment. Preferred: Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred: Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Important Note Please be advised that this job posting is on behalf of a third‑party agency. Benefits Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
