Position Title: Recruitment Sourcing Assistant

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

Supports recruitment by managing data entry, job tracking, CV screening, and candidate communication. Handles the ATS, job postings, and post-interview follow-ups to ensure a smooth hiring process.

What You'll Do:

Administrative Duties:

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks
  • Create job cards in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Update and maintain data in the ATS
  • Keep job ad monitoring sheets up to date
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates applying onsite

Invitations and Candidate Communication:

  • Coordinate with the recruitment team, HR, and Operations teams
  • Screen CVs to identify suitable candidates
  • Send invitations and updates to candidates via email, Skype, text, or phone calls

Post Interview Follow-ups:

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application
  • Provide updates and feedback in a timely manner

Online/Digital Tasks:

  • Post and close job requisitions on relevant platforms.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Monitor and maintain job portals with accurate information
  • Gather necessary applicant data and information

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Strong time management and task management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive and eager to learn through training
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Demonstrates initiative and takes proactive measures
