Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Recruiter to significantly support and drive our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This role is critical in attracting and securing top talent for diverse roles across the organization.

As a Recruiter, you will transition from purely administrative support to managing a dedicated pipeline, independently performing candidate screening, coordinating complex interviews, and playing a key role in maintaining robust recruitment records and compliance.

What You'll Do:

1. End-to-End Recruitment Process

  • Pipeline Generation: Strategically post job openings across various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.) to ensure a continuous and diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Actively review resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates and conducting thorough initial outreach and screening via phone or email.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/candidate database, accurately tracking applicant statuses and ensuring all recruitment data is current and compliant.

2. Interview Coordination & Scheduling

  • Logistics & Communication: Independently manage and coordinate all interview stages between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive scheduling experience.
  • Calendar Mastery: Utilize strong email and calendar management skills to schedule, confirm, and promptly update all recruitment-related appointments and meetings.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the pre-employment process, including document collection, to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new employee.

3. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and positive experience by maintaining clear, consistent, and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to keep them informed on the status of open positions and ensure recruitment efforts are strategically aligned with team needs.
  • Administrative & Reporting: Accurately enter and maintain recruitment data , organize documentation (interview notes, background checks, etc.) , and assist in the preparation of recruitment progress reports for the HR team.

What We're Looking For:

*Experience & Education*

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative support or recruitment (healthcare/home care experience is a strong advantage).

    Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.

*Essential Skills*

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS or recruitment software preferred.
  • Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

    Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with candidates and internal teams.
  • Professionalism: Handles confidential information with discretion; knowledgeable about privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, data protection laws).
  • Proactivity & Adaptability: Anticipates recruitment needs, responds quickly to changes, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
