Job Responsibilities
- Access and manage internal systems and candidate databases to identify suitable therapy and rehabilitation professionals (e.g., PT, OT, SLP, assistants, rehab staff).
- Use internal tools and external platforms (e.g., Indeed, job boards, LinkedIn, AI tools like ChatGPT, etc.) to match candidates with open roles in their preferred geographic locations.
- Research and identify healthcare facilities with open positions that align with the existing candidate pool.
- Reach out directly to facilities (by phone, email, or other channels) to introduce qualified candidates and secure interviews or permanent placement opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and facility contacts, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Ensure all contractual requirements (e.g., client agreements, terms of business) are fully executed and returned by the customer before releasing candidate information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, facilities, job orders, and communication in the company's internal systems/CRM.
- Track candidate progress from introduction to placement, providing regular updates to internal leadership.
- Conduct 90-day post-placement follow-ups with both candidates and facilities to gather feedback and measure satisfaction with services.
- Escalate any issues or concerns raised during follow-ups to leadership and help propose solutions or improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or staffing (healthcare recruitment experience is a strong advantage).
- Familiarity with using candidate databases, job boards (e.g., Indeed), and basic sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social sourcing, etc.).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in speaking with US-based clients and candidates.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple roles, candidates, and facilities at once.
- Comfortable learning and using internal systems, CRMs, and digital tools (including AI tools) for research and sourcing.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and facility contacts.
- Proactive, self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision while meeting targets and deadlines.
- Willingness to work hours aligned with US business time zones, as required by the account.
- Willing to work on-site in Angeles, Pampanga
