  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate posting of financial transactions.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records on a monthly basis.
  • Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing by ensuring all employee records and timesheets are accurate and up to date.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Expense Tracking: Track company expenses and ensure that they are within the budgeted limits.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or systems.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
  • Support Auditors: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for transactions.
  • Other Duties: Perform other accounting duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant.
  • Keeping financial information confidential

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Graduate
  • At least 2 to 3 years experience
