HR Recruitment – Project-Based (Operations Hiring)

Work Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Project-Based | Possible Regularization Based on Performance

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated HR Recruitment (Project-Based) to support our growing Operations Department. The role focuses on recruiting skilled and blue-collar workers, ensuring timely manpower deployment. This project-based assignment may lead to regular employment depending on overall performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for various operations positions such as technicians, warehouse helpers, drivers, mechanics, and other manpower roles.
  • Source qualified applicants using online job platforms, job fairs, referrals, and community networks.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and preliminary evaluations before endorsement to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, applicant processing, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and regularly update recruitment progress reports.
  • Assist in improving recruitment strategies to meet manpower requirements efficiently.
  • Support general HR tasks when necessary and contribute to a positive onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related program.
  • Experience in recruiting operations or blue-collar roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple job vacancies at once.
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to adapt to shifting manpower needs.
  • Amenable to work on-site in South Caloocan City.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
