Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field

-(Optional but advantageous) Certifications or courses in sales strategy, packaging technology, supply chain, or project management.

-Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, preferably in manufacturing, printing, or packaging.

Skills and Competencies:

Sales & Business Development

  • Lead generation, high-value client acquisition, strategic sales planning, negotiation, deal-closing, upselling, and RFQs/tender management. Evaluate project profitability and pricing strategies.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understand client needs, handle escalations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction.

Technical / Industry Knowledge

- Knowledge of packaging materials and printing methods, ability to read specs/dielines, understand production timelines, costing, MOQs, and project feasibility.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication, presentation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, time management, leadership/mentoring, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Experience:

-2–5 years in business development, sales, or account management

-Proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets.

-Industry experience in packaging/printing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage high-value clients and a larger portfolio of accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business, upselling, and strategic market targeting.
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and oversee sample development.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and QC to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Mentor and support junior BDAs, contributing to team performance.
  • Monitor market trends, report sales performance, and collaborate with senior management on strategic decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php30,000.00 per month
