The Role:As a Junior Relationship Manager, you will handle account documentation, servicing, and facilitation of clients' loan transactions, as well as coordinate with operating units within the Bank for the efficient implementation of loan facilities or other transactions. You will coordinate with ERM for required documentation and outstanding credit facility balances regarding CP preparation/renewal. Additionally, you will collaborate with business and support units such as Treasury, Loans, Trade, Operations, and branches where client accounts are domiciled.
How You'll Contribute:Execute and monitor client transactions, credit facilities documentation, requirements, and outstanding balances through coordination with clients, internal partners (Credit, Loans, Trade, Treasury, Investment Desks, ERED, Branches), and other banks; involves preparing availment/instruction sheets to ensure efficient service delivery and management of loan facilities and transactions. Facilitate transactions and expansion of client dealings by utilizing existing and new client credit facilities per account plan to contribute to the achievement of the team's goals.
Communicate with clients and internal units daily via phone, email, or meetings to maximize utilization of credit facilities in coordination with Relationship Managers. Request documents related to credit evaluation or renewal of credit lines through coordination with internal units to address clients' inquiries and concerns. Ensure the completeness of documentary requirements by coordinating with the assigned ERM, Client, Credit Division, and LOSD for account opening and/or credit line activation.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to discuss how to maximize credit facility utilization, cross-sell to deepen existing client relationships, and develop new-to-bank clients. What We're Looking
For:At least 3 years of experience in overall account management of transactions such as loan availing, interest payments, and loan documentation. Good knowledge of bank products, including Cash, Trade, FX, and Loan transactions, and internal processes for facilitating these transactions; familiarity with regulatory and legal documentation; understanding of internal credit policies impacting client transactions; basic finance and credit knowledge. Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with product, branch, and operations partners.
Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service and collaboration; proactive in seeking opportunities to expand client relationships; team player and open to improving internal processes.
