Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting and streamlining broker/channel partner-driven sales for residential mass housing projects. The role ensures effective communication, coordination, and documentation between the broker network, in-house sales teams. Handles the recruitment and accreditation of Brokers; coordinates, implements and supervises sales & marketing activities, and facilitates various brokers requests.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive impact on local recruitment activation workflows—broker onboarding, accreditation, and group events
  • Handle logistics for broker activities: open houses, site visits, batch briefings
  • Maintain accurate broker logs, assist in weekly KPI summary deliveries to the Territory level
  • Administer commission document flow and flag data inconsistencies for escalation
  • Integrate insights into Territory dashboards to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
  • 1–2 years of experience in support or coordination within real estate or a closely related sales support function
  • Highly organized, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both for internal coordination and broker engagement
  • Field-confident and detail-oriented, capable of managing a hybrid field-office workload
  • Willing to travel for work as required
