About the Role

We're looking for an
ambitious, creatively driven Art Director
with a keen eye for design and an instinct for turning human truths into big ideas. You'll be crafting exceptional work across multiple formats and mediums, from conceptualization to post-production, ensuring ideas stay strong and impactful from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Develop creative concepts based on briefs, insights, and human truths.
  • Execute high-quality designs and art direction across platforms and formats.
  • Stay current with trends, tech, and cultural shifts to keep work fresh and relevant.
  • Oversee production stages—pre, during, and post—to maintain creative intent.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and other creatives to bring ideas to life.
  • Support new business pitches and contribute to growing existing accounts.
  • Champion Propel Manila's culture and positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong skills in layout, design, and art direction; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and persistence in pushing for big ideas.
  • Strategic thinker who understands both brand objectives and audience behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting and defending creative work.
  • Knowledge of production processes (storyboarding, styling, set design, post-production).
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and exploring new creative possibilities.

Nice to Have

  • Illustration, photo editing, or video editing skills.
  • Experience with integrated campaigns and digital-first executions.
