JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager who will play a key role in driving growth for Binary. This individual will identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and strategically align our comprehensive marketing solutions — especially Brandology — with the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and passionate about helping brands grow through creative, data-driven marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Objective: Actively source new business opportunities by identifying potential clients across various industries.
  • Tasks:
  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (cold outreach, networking, referrals, digital platforms).
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct initial meetings to understand client needs and pitch Binary's solutions effectively.

2. Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth

  • Objective: Drive revenue growth by converting leads into long-term clients and closing deals.
  • Tasks:
  • Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the solution proposed aligns with the client's vision and goals.
  • Close sales and monitor post-sale satisfaction to ensure client success.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Objective: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Tasks:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering regular check-ins and updates.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs to maintain satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and integration of new clients into Binary's services.

4. Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Objective: Work closely with the internal team to ensure that proposals and marketing strategies align with client expectations.
  • Tasks:
  • Partner with the creative and strategy teams to develop comprehensive, customized solutions.
  • Provide client insights to internal teams to improve service offerings and client experience.
  • Assist in creating and refining marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.

5. Market Research & Industry Analysis

  • Objective: Stay ahead of trends in the marketing and sales landscape to identify new opportunities for Binary and its clients.
  • Tasks:
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand client pain points and market demands.
  • Suggest new services or enhancements to existing offerings based on research.

BASIC RELATIONSHIP

The Business Development Manager is directly reporting to Operations Manager and CEO.

ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Revenue and Sales Targets:

  • Accountable for achieving sales quotas and meeting or exceeding set revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Drive business growth by actively seeking new clients and maintaining existing accounts to ensure consistent revenue generation.

2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Accountable for generating qualified leads through strategic prospecting, networking, and outreach campaigns.
  • Responsible for maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and converting leads into signed contracts.
  • Establish and track clear conversion targets from initial leads to closed deals.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Accountable for the satisfaction and long-term retention of clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

4. Proposal and Presentation Delivery:

  • Accountable for the timely and effective delivery of client proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and Binary's strategic offerings.
  • Track the success rate of proposals and ensure that each submission is tailored to the client's unique business objectives.

5. Sales Process and CRM Management:

  • Accountable for the accurate and timely entry of client and lead data into the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ensure that the sales pipeline is continuously updated and managed effectively, reflecting all client interactions, follow-ups, and sales stages.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics through CRM reports and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.

6. Marketing and Brand Alignment:

  • Accountable for ensuring that all sales and marketing efforts align with the Binary brand and overall marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that support business development goals.

7. Strategic Market Insight:

  • Accountable for providing valuable market insights that inform the company's business development strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and development.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Accountable for effective collaboration with the creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Participate in internal meetings to align on client deliverables, deadlines, and expectations.

9. Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Accountable for reporting sales progress and providing accurate sales forecasts to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Track and report key metrics, including lead generation, proposal success rates, revenue growth, and client retention.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure successful onboarding and continued business opportunities.

WORKING CONDITION

  • Location: This position is flexible with the option for hybrid or remote work. You may be required to attend in-person or on-line meetings as needed.
  • Work Hours: Standard working hours may vary from Monday to Friday. However, the nature of the role may require occasional work outside regular hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on client needs and project deadlines.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences. Travel may vary depending on the needs of the business.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, ideally in marketing or a creative agency.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales tools.
  • Characteristics: A results-driven, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
