The Regional Manager – Retail Solutions (Merchandising) oversees merchandising operations and retail strategies across the region. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing product presentation, and ensuring brand consistency in all retail touchpoints while managing regional teams and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional merchandising strategies to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and optimize customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Merchandising Managers, Field Supervisors, and retail staff.
- Ensure consistent implementation of retail standards, promotional activities, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor regional performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure availability and timely execution of merchandising initiatives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and schedules for regional merchandising projects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in merchandising processes, efficiency, and regional operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or sales operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and operational excellence across multiple locations.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
