- You will partner with Store Managers and work with the Operations Executive to ensure core retail operational tasks are delivered according to global standards,
- You will also work closely with all departments to plan and assist stores for driving business opportunities,
- Ensure retail stores follow and adhere to the Retail Foundations standards, and support and teach them accordingly,
- Ensure full compliance to all policies, rules, and regulations relating to the retail team,
Represent yourself as a leader for the market and lead through example, while supporting all local event coordination and planning.

- You are dynamic, attentive, and an inspiring leader who builds relationships with internal and external clients,
- 5-10 years' experience in Luxury Retail (jewelry experience is advantageous) with time spent in country management exposure,
- 5+ years of leadership experience with strong leadership skills,
