Job Summary:Handles coordination and implementation of merchandising and retail display projects. Ensures that brand visibility materials, point-of-sale installations, and retail executions are delivered accurately, on time, and according to brand guidelines. Collaborates with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to maintain merchandising standards across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production, distribution, and installation of in-store merchandising materials and retail displays.
  • Manage timelines, supplier coordination, and logistics for deployment across assigned retail locations.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of installations to ensure compliance with design and brand standards.
  • Work with the Account and Operations teams to develop merchandising schedules and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare inventory reports, photo documentation, and post-installation evaluations.
  • Coordinate cost estimates, job orders, and liquidation reports for each merchandising project.
  • Support process improvements to optimize efficiency in retail executions and material management.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising standards in all partner retail outlets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Design, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in retail merchandising, trade marketing, or project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of merchandising displays, POP materials, and retail operations.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Flexible to travel for store visits, site checks, and deployment schedules.
