Marketing Solutions Manager

As a Solutions Consultant & KAM enablement PIC, you'll play a key role in driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth of Lazada Sponsored Solutions - a suite of AI-powered marketing tools that help strategic brand partners achieve business success. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Solutions for PH, you will work with the rest of the team to drive the adoption and investment of Lazada Sponsored Solutions among a base group of sellers.
- With your strong sales, project management, and communication skills, you'll work closely with our Commercial team (Key Account Managers and Category Managers) to support sellers in leveraging the suite's knowledge and best-case practices.
- You will act as the point of contact for anything related to Marketing Solutions and Sponsored Solutions for assigned sellers. This will entail direct troubleshooting and answering queries with sellers, as well as joining quarterly business reviews to help optimize select sellers' Marketing Solutions spend.
- You will also actively pitch the suite of Sponsored Solutions to acquire new sellers and onboard new KAMs as well as continuously educate existing KAM partners, and highlight the benefits of each solution through customized mass workshops and trainings.
- Provide support to sellers and simplify the solutions to help them understand, share category best practices which they can replicate.
- Work with Regional Marketing Solutions team on new product/solution features and upgrades, understand if and how it will fit into the Philippine market, give input as to how this can be done, and work on the local go-to-market plan.
- Work with Regional Marketing Solutions team on local Key Account Managers' and sellers' troubleshooting inquiries and potential tech issues.
- Work with Regional Marketing Solutions team on incentives and programs, how to scale adoption for Philippines
- Work with local Commercial team and other internal stakeholder partners to ensure that different solutions priorities and programs/incentives are ramped up in a timely manner
- Work with Regional Marketing Solutions and local Commercial teams to help ensure there is proper target setting and distribution across sellers and teams, to help ensure topline targets are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in
brand/account management or other sales-related experience - Strong communication skills with ability to deliver pitches to sellers with varied levels of media knowledge
- Strong business acumen with analytical skill to deep dive account performance and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills to be able to liaise with different internal and external teams with attention to details.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear sense of ownership, quality and timely delivery work
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
- Firm, strong personality to be able to persuade sellers and partners to ensure proper usage of tools
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous brief people management experience (talent with seniority/a certain level of maturity)
- Experience in e-commerce, tech, platform, or fast-moving companies
- Experience in Advertising sales or performance marketing
