We are looking for an experienced Regional IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure, network operations, and end-user support for a multinational organisation in the BPO sector. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a highly technical team and ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise systems across regional sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee server infrastructure (on-premise and cloud), hypervisor environments (VMware/Hyper-V), high availability, disaster recovery, backups, and patch management.
  • Lead network operations covering LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and vendor/SLA management.
  • Manage end-user support teams (L1/L2), implement ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request), and drive KPIs/SLAs for service desk performance.
  • Lead implementation and ongoing management of enterprise platforms, including Microsoft 365, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), Intune, Active Directory, Windows Server, and related network/security solutions.
  • Drive strategic IT projects, technology evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • College graduate (any IT-related or relevant degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience (preferably in BPO/multinational environments).
  • At least 5 years in IT management roles with proven team leadership.
  • Solid background supporting BPO operations in the Philippines region, including management of local sites.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), network architecture, Windows Server/Wintel, Active Directory, and Cisco technologies.
  • Proven experience managing Microsoft 365, Zscaler, Intune, and network/security solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar.
  • Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Tagalog is a plus.
  • Stable career progression (no frequent job changes).
  • Fully amenable to 100% onsite work in Taguig on mid/night shifts with flexibility.
