About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our dynamic team at Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and leading a team of skilled chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our clients and their employees.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop creative and innovative menus that cater to diverse palates and dietary requirements
  2. Oversee the preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency
  3. Manage and train a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
  4. Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
  5. Collaborate with the operations team to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the kitchen
  6. Participate in budgeting and inventory management to control food costs
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the culinary offerings

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
  2. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing culinary teams
  3. Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and menu planning
  4. Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and cost control practices
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  6. Creative flair and the passion to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
