Job Description
The Executive Chef supports the Corporate Executive Chef in overseeing and managing all kitchen operations across the property, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and service.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Completed at least two (2) years of college education or a vocational/technical culinary course.
Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a fine dining or hotel restaurant setting.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in basic English communication.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
- Computer literate with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and budgets effectively.
- Works well under pressure; proactive, adaptable, dependable, and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
