We are seeking an accomplished
Executive Chef
with
Michelin-star restaurant experience
to lead our culinary team and uphold Beefbar's uncompromising standards of quality, innovation, and excellence.

Position Summary

The
Executive Chef
oversees all kitchen operations and is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of culinary artistry, consistency, and brand integrity. The ideal candidate will have honed their craft in
Michelin-recognized establishments
, demonstrating mastery of technique, precision, and creativity, while delivering the distinctive simplicity and sophistication that define Beefbar.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Leadership

  • Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to execute the Beefbar culinary philosophy with precision and consistency.
  • Design and refine menus that showcase the brand's signature dishes and seasonal inspirations, drawing on Michelin-level creativity and execution.
  • Ensure all recipes, plating, and techniques align with Beefbar's global standards and presentation aesthetics.

Operational Management

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, from mise en place to service, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Maintain optimal food and labor costs while safeguarding quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Group Executive Chef on menu development, supplier selection, and new initiatives.
  • Oversee kitchen maintenance, equipment care, and adherence to all operational protocols.

Quality & Compliance

  • Uphold world-class standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation worthy of Michelin-level recognition.
  • Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with local and brand regulations.
  • Conduct regular product and service quality audits to ensure excellence across all culinary operations.

Team Development

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a talented culinary brigade capable of performing at a fine-dining standard.
  • Create a culture of discipline, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Lead by example, fostering respect, teamwork, and pride within the kitchen.

Guest Experience

  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining journey and exceed guest expectations.
  • Engage with guests when appropriate to share insights into the culinary philosophy and enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    8–10 years
    of professional culinary experience, including
    at least 3 years in a Michelin-starred restaurant
    (or comparable fine-dining environment).
  • Proven record of leadership in a luxury or high-volume fine-dining operation.
  • Expertise in premium meats, modern gastronomy, and refined plating.
  • Strong business acumen in cost control, procurement, and operational efficiency.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification required.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
