Customer Service Representative – Billing Support

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in billing and exceptional English communication skills. This role combines frontline customer support with billing-related responsibilities, ensuring that clients receive accurate information, timely resolutions, and a positive experience at every interaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Handle billing-related concerns such as invoices, payment processing, account adjustments, and refunds.
  • Accurately document and track customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with the finance and operations teams.
  • Assist customers in understanding charges, payment methods, and account status.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Must Have a high level of English proficiency to effectively communicate with global clients.
  • Support continuous process improvements to enhance the customer billing experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • With or Without experience in customer service, billing, or account management.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written) – able to articulate clearly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with billing systems, payment gateways, and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high-volume interactions with patience and efficiency.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
