About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in billing and exceptional English communication skills. This role combines frontline customer support with billing-related responsibilities, ensuring that clients receive accurate information, timely resolutions, and a positive experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle billing-related concerns such as invoices, payment processing, account adjustments, and refunds.
- Accurately document and track customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with the finance and operations teams.
- Assist customers in understanding charges, payment methods, and account status.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Must Have a high level of English proficiency to effectively communicate with global clients.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance the customer billing experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- With or Without experience in customer service, billing, or account management.
- Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written) – able to articulate clearly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with billing systems, payment gateways, and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-volume interactions with patience and efficiency.
- Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
