Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints via phone, email, and live chat.
- Information & Support:
Provide accurate information about a company's products, services, and policies.
- Problem Resolution:
Address customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
- Data Management:
Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Sales & Upselling:
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to improve their experience and drive sales.
- Process Management:
Fulfill customer requests, process orders, and handle service issues, such as cancellations or refunds.
Qualifications
- College Graduate with or without Call Center Experience
- Good communications skills
- Amenable to START ASAP
- Amenable to WORK ONSITE in QC.
