QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate with or without work experience
- 2nd yr college with 6 months customer service related work experience
- SHS graduate with 1 year solid BPO experience (international voice account)
- Have good communication skills
- Can work onsite with shifting schedule
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with billing-related inquiries and issues
- Addressing questions about insurance claims and payment options
BENEFITS:
- Earn up to P24,000 salary package
- P1,000 to P5,000 premium allowance
- 13th and 14th MONTH PAY
- 20% Night differential
